This backup program requires the installation of UlimateZip. UltimateZip is a compression program similiar to WinZip. Unlike WinZip, UlitimateZip is "freeware". A copy of UltimateZip is included on the installation disk of TKFlex Church Accounting. To install it, go to your Start menu and choose Run. Use the browse button to navigate to the Ultimate Zip directory on the CD. Select the uzsetup.exe. This will install UltimateZip. You will need to run the program once and "relate" the proper files to the program.

When Backup Data Files is selected the following screen will be displayed:


Selecting Yes will display the following screen:


The above screen explains the process of the backup. The directory "C:\TASPro6\TKFlex" will be replaced by the actual directory where your data files are located. The file name would be something similar to "20040721104520_TKFlex.zip". You should move this file to a backup medium such as a floppy disk, CD, DVD, Tape or Zip Drive. Once OK is selected, TKFlex Church Accounting will close and UltimateZip will be run. The UltimateZip main screen will display and then finally the UltimateZip Backup Wizard will be displayed as follows:


Selecting Backup will start the backup process. The following Backup Progress screen will be displayed:


When the backup process is complete the following confirmation will be displayed:
