Chart of Accounts

The chart of accounts (COA) is a list of all general ledger accounts that have had activity. It allows you to see a quick summary by month of the activity in each account. This screen displays the current fiscal year's activity, the budget amounts (Not available in TKFlex), and the previous fiscal year's activity. This is a read-only screen; no updates or changes will be allowed.

The COA is kept by fiscal year. This allows you to easily view the COA for previous fiscal years.

G/L Account:

General Ledger Account code and Description.

Owner Info:

This will display the Fund Account code and Description; Bank Register and Description; or program owner and function.

G/L Type:

General Ledger Type

A   Asset

L   Liability

O   Owner's Equity (Fund Accounts)

I   Income

E   Expense.
