This is the information used throughout the accounting system.

Name:

Enter the organization's name. This is printed at the top of most of the reports generated by the system.

Address:

Enter the organization's address.

City:

Enter the organization's city.

State:

Enter the organization's state.

Zip Code:

Enter the organization's zip code.

Country:

Enter the organization's country.

Current Fiscal Year:

Enter the starting date of the current fiscal year. This date is changed when the end of the fiscal year routine is run.

Donor/Donations Defaults

Bank Register

Indicate the default bank register to be used in donations.

Assign Donor Numbers?

Indicate whether or not to assign donor numbers.

Next Number:

Enter the next number to be assigned if the previous field is checked.

Indicate the default bank register to be used in expenses.
